KITCHEN
You will find all the basics for coffee, tea and cooking inside the cabinets
Moka Bialetti + ground coffee is how Italians drink coffee at home
Gas switch it’s on the wall next to the gas stove – written in English (Opened/Closed)

In case of an electrical black-out
In case a loose of power/electricity occurs don’t panic, we got you!
Lifesaver is located at the entrance of the apartment, check if all the fuses are UP;
Then go to the main switch located inside the (hidden) closet when you enter the building on the right
Yours is number 1 so the first one starting from the top;
In case of a temporary black-out the main switch will be down, flip it UP to turn it back ON;
In case the main switch it’s already UP it means it’s a building problem and electricity will come back soon

HEATING/THERMOSTAT
Located on the wall before entering the bedroom – please contact me via whatsapp before touching anything here
I will assist you to set it according to your needs

AIR CONDITIONING
You will find 2 remote controls for a/c inside the apartment, you can use them to control each and all of the a/c (they’re all the same)
To SET the MODE + TEMPERATURE you can choose between:
☀️HEAT MODE / 24-30°C
❄️AIR CONDITIONING / 15-20°C
💧ANTI HUMIDITY / 18-24°C
A – AUTO (not recommended)

Then ADJUST the FAN so that you will have more/less blowing according to your need

DISH WASHER
Pods are located below the kitchen sink

1. How to start a normal wash
Press the POWER button (round button at the bottom).
Select a program by pressing the “P” button until the light shows the program you want.
Close the door firmly → the dishwasher will start automatically.

2. Program guide (from the icons)
From left to right:
Pre-rinse – quick cold rinse, no detergent
Glass / delicate – for glasses and light dirt
Eco / normal – everyday wash, energy saving
Intensive – for pots and very dirty dishes
Quick program – short fast wash
Rinse aid / drying symbol
Use: Eco/Normal for daily use or Quick program 

3. Salt and rinse aid
If the snowflake / star light is on → refill rinse aid.
If dishes have white marks → add dishwasher salt (inside the bottom cap).

4. To stop or change program
Open the door → press P to choose a new program
Close the door to restart.

5. End of cycle
The machine beeps / light stays on.
Open door slightly to let steam out before unloading.


WASHING MACHINE (only washer – to dry use the hanger)
1. How to start a wash
Open the door and load clothes (do not overfill).

Add 1 pod directly inside the washing machine
OR
Add liquid detergent in the drawer:
left = main wash
middle = fabric softener
right = pre-wash (optional)

Turn the TEMPERATURE knob to:
30° for delicate / quick (HIGHLY SUGGESTED FOR EVERY LOAD!)
40° for normal clothes
60° for towels & bed linen 

Turn the PROGRAM knob to the letter you want (see guide below).
Press the START button – “AVVIO” → the cycle begins.

2. Best programs for everyday use

Program B – Cotone/Colorati (30°–40°)
→ everyday cottons and mixed colors

Program J – Misti (30°–40°)
→ everyday mixed fabrics

Program A – Cotone Bianchi (60°)
→ strong wash for cotton whites only (not recommended, you could damage items)

Program D – Cotone ciclo leggero 40°
→ quick light wash

Program K – Seta/Acrilici (30°–40°)
→ delicates

Only rinse or spin
F – Rinse only
G – Spin only


3. Extra buttons (use only if needed)
Mezzo carico – Half load
→ for small amounts of laundry.

Esclusione centrifuga – No spin
→ for very delicate clothes.

Antipiega – Anti-crease
→ reduces wrinkles.

Super risciacquo – Extra rinse
→ good for sensitive skin.

4. At the end
Wait 5 minutes for the door to unlock.
Leave the door slightly open to avoid smells later

Important tips
Don’t mix white and dark clothes or you could demage clothes
Use low temperature (30°) for colors and for delicates
Use 60° only for towels/linen (not recommended to use high temperature!)

⚠️If water remains inside the washing machine
1. Run the “Drain only” program
Turn the program knob to N – SCARICO (Drain)
Press AVVIO / START
→ The machine will pump the water out without washing.

If you notice foam it means you put too much detergent / too many clothes; overload can stop the spin and leave water inside.

Quick reset
Turn the machine OFF, wait 10 seconds,
Select G – Centrifuga (Spin) and press START.
Wash everything again with a full cycle.

If the water does not drain:
Do not open the main door while water is visible inside.
