HIGHLY RECCOMENDED TO ALWAYS LEAVE THE KEYS INSIDE THE LOCKBOX FOR SAFETY REASONS! The keys of the apartment are special ones and if lost the cost to copy is 250€

Tap water is good to drink since the Roman Empire – do like the Romans!

In case a loose of electricity power occurs don’t panic we got you!
Just pull up the lifesaver which is located behind the entrance door on the compartment you see on the wall; If it’s not that one, go to ground floor and at the end on the stairs you will find a closet on the right, open it and find the main switch labeled “MORETTI” pull up the lifesaver and voilà!

If you need to ring the bell on the street “MORETTI” is yours

Please DO NOT USE the building bins downstairs or we will get a fine ticket!
Please bring it to the nearest trash drop-off when you check-out (check the online map)
