TVs are both connect to the internet and smart tv-only; you can log into your streaming platforms account easily

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (ok on the balcony!)
Parties are not permitted

PLEASE SWITCH OFF:
all the lights, air conditioning, home appliances, close the windows
Leave the keys inside the lockbox

GARBAGE/WASTE
Has to be taken care BY YOU BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT
OPTION 1. If you decide to use the building bins (wooden box located when you enter building)
Please follow the attached weekly waste plan inside the wooden box (otherwise if not divided you’ll be changed with a fine)
GLASS: has to be thrown outside the building in any bin

OPTION 2. If you decide not to follow the plan and you can throw all together in the street
Please bring it to the nearest trash drop-off when you check-out
