Home Instructions
Heating Thermostat
Located inside the bedroom behind the bathroom door
Heating comes from the ground – no radiators in sight
1. How to turn the heating ON
1. Make sure the small switch on the right is set to:
☀ (sun symbol) = heating enabled
2. Set the desired temperature using the upper knob on the right:
• Recommended comfort: 22°C- 24°C max. (by the Italian law)
• Night/eco: 18–19°C
2. Understanding the timer (central clock)
The big circular dial controls when the heating works.
• Each small segment = 15 minutes
• BLACK segments = heating ON
• WHITE segments = heating OFF
To activate heating all day (easiest way for guests)
Move all segments outward so they are BLACK
→ The heating will follow only the temperature you set.
To create a schedule
Example typical schedule:
• 07:00–09:00 → ON
• 18:00–23:00 → ON
• Rest of the day → OFF
Push the segments outward for ON hours and inward for OFF hours.
3. Quick manual mode (no timer)
If you don’t want to use the clock:
1. Set the lower small switch to ☀ + hand symbol (manual).
2. Choose temperature with the top knob.
→ Heating will stay on until you turn it off
4. Important
• The heating may take 10–15 minutes to start after changes.
• Do not set above 22°C – it will not heat faster, only consume more.
Washing Machine (only washer – to dry use the hanger)
Located inside the kitchen cabinets
1. How to start a wash
1. Open the door and load the laundry (do not overfill – about ¾ of the drum is ideal).
2. Add 1 pod directly inside the washing machine
OR Add liquid detergent in the left drawer compartment:
• Left side = detergent
• Right side = fabric softener (optional)
3. Turn the main knob to choose a program.
4. Select temperature and spin speed if needed.
5. Press ON → then START.
2. Recommended Programs
• Everyday clothes (mixed cotton & synthetics)
Program 3 – Cotton 40°C – Spin 800 rpm
• Delicate items (dresses, light fabrics)
Program 8 – Delicates 30°C – Spin 600 rpm
• Wool / knitwear
Program 9 – Wool 30°C – Spin 600 rpm
• Bed linen & towels
Program 2 – Cotton 60°C – Spin 1000 rpm
• Quick wash (recommended for mixed fabrics and cotton)
Program 6 or 7 – 30 min / 40°C
3. Important Tips
• Please separate white and dark clothes to avoid color transfer.
• Do not wash shoes or items with metal parts.
• Use only washing machine detergent, not hand-wash soap.
• If the machine is full of towels or jeans, select lower spin (800) to avoid vibration.
4. When the wash is finished
• Wait 5 minutes until the door unlocks before forcing the opening
• Leave the door slightly open after use to prevent odors later
5. If something seems wrong
• Machine not starting → check that the door is fully closed.
• No water → make sure the tap under the sink is open.
• Too much foam → you used too much detergent.
⚠️If water remains inside the washing machine
Sometimes a small amount of water may stay inside at the end of the cycle. This is usually easy to solve:
1. Turn the machine OFF and then ON again.
2. Select Program 11 – Spin/Drain and press START.
→ The machine will empty the water and spin the clothes.
If the water does not drain:
• Do not open the main door while water is visible inside.
