KITCHEN
Moka: ground coffee
Nespresso & compatible capsules
Tap water is good to drink since the Roman Empire, do like the Romans:)

DISHWASHER (next to the kitchen sink)
dishwasher pods are below the kitchen sink
press POWER then select the program
START the machine and close the door
It will start making some quite noises it means it’s working properly

BATHROOM
Please slide carefully both bathroom doors

SLEEP
Bedroom: you can close the shutters outside to blackout light
Livingroom: roll down the curtain on the window
PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE LIVING WINDOW or it may break we will need to ask for damages refund (we don’t want to) :((

Heating Thermostat
Located on the wall in the corridor before the bedroom/bathroom
It is already set following the rules by Italian law but if you have specific needs please contact us immediately and we will help you to set it correctly.

Washing Machine (only washer – to dry use the hanger)
Located inside the laundry area (sliding door in the kitchen)
You will find everything you need

PROGRAMS on the right side
turn the roller to the selected program most common are
EXPRESS 20′ / DELICATI (=delicates)
SCARICO/CENTRIFUGA (=drain/spin)
Put the detergent into the left side drawer
Press START
Once it’s done wait 5′ before opening the door

N.B.: this is washing machine only
NO dryer – to dry the clothes please use the hanger you will find it inside the laundry area

Important Tips
• Please separate white and dark clothes to avoid color transfer.
• Do not wash shoes or items with metal parts.
• Use only washing machine detergent, not hand-wash soap.

When the wash is finished
• Wait 5 minutes until the door unlocks before forcing the opening
• Leave the door slightly open after use to prevent odors later

If something seems wrong
• Machine not starting → check that the door is fully closed.
• No water → make sure the tap under the sink is open.
• Too much foam → you used too much detergent.

⚠️If water remains inside the washing machine
Sometimes a small amount of water may stay inside at the end of the cycle. This is usually easy to solve:
1. Turn the machine OFF and then ON again.
2. Select SCARICO/CENTRIFUGA (Spin/Drain) and start it again
→ The machine will empty the water and spin the clothes.

If the water does not drain:
• Do not open the main door while water is visible inside.

If the problem continues, please contact us before trying anything else — we will assist you immediately.
